I've attempted to book Boutique Centrale Sant’Andrea twice now, but both times, unforeseen circumstances have prevented me from staying at the property on Via Sant’Andrea. Most recently, I was informed via Whatsapp of an issue with the heating system. It's worth noting that the owner, The Couper, manages several properties and was quick to offer an alternative accommodation, which, while unexpected, was handled smoothly. Despite these hiccups, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the exceptional staff, particularly Lorenzo, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The thoughtful addition of complimentary snacks in the room was a delightful touch that did not go unnoticed. The location of the alternative property was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. It's clear that The Couper's properties are well-situated, making them a great base for exploring the area. While I have yet to stay at Boutique Centrale Sant’Andrea itself, the service and attention to detail I've experienced thus far have been excellent. I'm hopeful that on my next visit, I'll finally make it to the exact property on Via Sant’Andrea, as I'm eager to experience it firsthand.

We loved the location! It’s so central to the main touristic spots of Milan and also in a very upmarket area surrounded by all the high end boutiques and show rooms. The rooms are beautifully decorated and even though they don’t have breakfast, they do offer a good amount of snacks, tea, coffee and juice. AC is available and the property is new and clean.
