The entrance is plush (lift if need for bags), front desk staff friendly and room spacious for Europe. Lounge bar is nice including snacks.

1. location. 1km from Center.. Close to a large department store & other shops. 2. the bar and restaurant staff was amazing.. friendly and great service.

The staff was friendly and helping us whenever we needed. The breakfast was good quality and the coffee was great. As it was our first time in Italy, I'm glad everything went smoothly and everyone from my family was really happy.

Location was excellent Staff accommodated us by having our family rooms with kids next to each other Very clean and neat Breakfast was adequate. My kids enjoyed their stayed.

Hotel is situated in a great location in city centre. Staff are polite and helpful with prompt response. Cleanliness is maintained overall in the rooms and public areas. Rooms are well appointed with new furniture, comfortable mattress, wardrobe, bathroom. Good quality toiletries provided. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of options available to choose from.
