BB Hotels Residenza Città Studi is 5 minutes walk from Piola Metro Station and next to Milan's Politecnico University. Opened in April 2012, it offers modern apartments with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, 17 km from the Expo 2015 exhibition centre.

The two men running the BB ,Stefano and Vincenzo were wonderful men! I’m Australian and don’t speak a lot of Italian but they spoke English very well and made my stay, for a week, very comfortable!
