Location is good: It is safe around Bocconi. The walk to city center as well as to Navigli was nice. Lots of bars nearby… Clean and spacious room Only issue was that the room wasn’t ready by 2pm. We said we’d arrive later but honestly hotels should have the room ready just in case.

The room was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Giulia in reception was so friendly and helpful and organised a very smooth check-in for us as we were arriving after hours.

Small apartment, but you have everything, what you need for short or longer stay. Extremely friendly ladies in the reception. 20 min walk to Duomo, 20-30 min with metro to Linate airport. Plenty nice places around for food, from breakfast to lunch. Pharmacy and food shop nearby

Great location, directly outside of a tram stop which takes you into the centre. Lovely little Italian restaurant a couple of doors down which does take away food too, handy for when we got there as it was late. Check in was simple, staff aren't there late on in the evening, but check in was explained prior to arriving. Rooms were big and had everything we needed for our stay.

I would like to start by saying that from the moment we started to communicate with the staff and the receptionists, I was amazed. They are very responsive, there to meet all your needs and to answer your questions. Because we were coming after reception working hours (18:00 o'clock), we were given very clear and easy instructions on how to check in by ourselves. The room where we were staying was beautiful, very spacious, had everything that we needed, working kitchen, utilities, etc..the beds and pillows are super comfortable! Everything was clean and the room was cleaned every 2 days which we didn't mind at all. The maid changed and added extra shampoos, soaps and stuff when cleaning also. The first day we asked for one extra pillow, clothing iron and they aranged for it to wait us in our room when we came back from exploring the city. They added a table and one extra sheet for delicate ironing, so that was a really nice touch. Everything was free of charge. They even asked us if we would like some extra blanket or a spare set of keys. Very attentive. They called us a cab when we couldn't get one by ourselves. The location is really nice, felt super safe. There is a tram right outside the hotel. We used taxis mainly, but it really isn't hard to get to all the atractions some other way also. There are a few supermarkets near, so if you want to eat at the hotel, you can shop there. I wanted to be close to Navigli Grande so this hotel is perfect for that! The heart of Navigli is literally 10 min by foot away, and you can enjoy all that it has to offer. All in all, we were really satisfied and would come back for sure! :)
