The staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean, modern and well-equipped. The AC was great in the heat wave. The room was quiet at night, the tram stop is about 150m from the entrance. In a 5-minute walk, you can find a big supermarket (Esselunga), which is also very useful. I could check in earlier than I thought, I was there to drop my bag, but they also gave me my room key, which was a great plus.

Staff are friendly and understandable especially when there is a little situation, they get it sorted right away. They can communicate in english very well. Check-in/check-out is so smooth. Room is clean and tidy. They have other facilities like Gym, game room, entertainment room, or you can just chill. A/C was perfect during Summer time
