Exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Very nice room. The area is not in the middle of the touristic sites, but it is strategically placed to easily get everywhere. If you explore the immediate environment of the hotel, further away from the station, you can find many excellent and very low priced small cafes and restaurants

The staff were helpful; the room was clean. The location was great, close to the major train station (Centrale) and not far from stations for several different Metro lines too. There was a small supermarket on the next block (no fresh food tho); the restaurant on the 6th floor was well worth a visit.

Just a short walk, 200m, from Milan Stazione Centrale. The hotel is majestic , old world, with a beautiful dining room & reading room/bar downstairs. I had the best sleep ever in the bed. Bathroom was an older style & elegant. Breakfast, which was included in the price was brilliant, plentiful & catered for all cultures. I ate in the restaurant, which had good variety at reasonable prices. I very much appreciated staff storing my bags after checkout allowing me to freely tour Milan while waiting for a late flight.

Very grand reception area with plenty of comfortable seating areas and bar. Excellent breakfast with wide range of food, Fresh fruit and homemade cakes as well as cheeses a meats and hot fare.
