The hotel had an excellent location, very close to both Milan's central station and the LIMA metro stop, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff was extremely polite, always smiling, and truly helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast could have been a bit richer, but it was still tasty, and the dining area was very beautiful. The room was warm despite the cold weather outside, and the water in the bathroom was always hot, which we really appreciated. Overall, our experience was very pleasant, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends or stay there again!

It was close to train station, safe area easily accessible to underground station, good value for money but nothing fancy. If you are looking for value for one night, it is perfect.

Hotel's location is really convenient - close to the Central station, and to metro, bus and tramway stations. If you like walking you could go to Duomo square in about 40 mins. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and big enough, and the garden, where you can have a breakfast, is really nice. There are also many typical italian restaurants near there where you can have great lunch/dinner.

Comfy room on the ground floor with doors opening to the garden. Close to the station. Shower and wifi were ok. There is also a safe. Friendly staff.
