The receptionist, I would say from India, is a wonderful man, my 5 year old daughter said she will never forget him. He made us feel very welcome. It is close to the metro, in 10 minutes you are at the Duomo.

The hotel is good option for less budget, than most places in Milan. Great commute options. The staff is friendly and always available. And a great coffee shop next door.
