This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at these past years. The rooms are great, the hotel is very clean, the pool and jacuzzi awesome and most importantly all staff are wonderful. Do stay at this hotel if you come to Visalia. It's a wonderful place!

The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. However, breakfast is not included. The room meets the standards of its star rating.

The room was very nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel lobby and pool areas are welcoming, and the restaurant is very good. The front desk staff were very helpful. Great location for accessing the parks.

A pleasant hotel. We were accommodated in a side building, not the main one – the common areas of this building (hallways, elevators, staircases) are a bit neglected. However, the room was clean, well-equipped, and had a nice bathroom. We also made use of the pool. And now for the bonus – the hotel is far from the city center, which means it's also far from restaurants. So, we decided to have dinner at the hotel bar – and it was delicious! Great drinks and beer too. Encouraged by this meal, we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant the next morning, and it was one of the best breakfasts we had during our two-week trip.

We were en route from the national parks and booked last minute. The place was clean and efficient, the room was comfortable, the beds roomy and breakfast nice.

An easy to find location and plenty of parking. The swimming pool was nice and there were always towels to use there. It was useful to have a restaurant on site.

Very friendly staff. Close to Sequoia Park (about 45 min drive to entrance, 2 hours drive to the Sherman Tree). Well equipped with huge fridge in the room, fitness center, outside and indoor pool. Furniture and style a bit older, but everything was clean, well working and comfy. Bathroom renovated. Our room was facing the indoor pool- upside: it was very quiet. Downside: no daylight. I would still recommend this room if you stay for 1-2 days only as other rooms might be more noisy due to the two highways close by.
