The fine print
Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more or reservation of over 5 nights , different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance.A valid credit card or cash deposit is required to confirm a booking. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. In the event of a no show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the first night rate to the credit card used as guarantee. Should the card decline, we also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Angel “Relaxing and glamorous hotel in walking distance of shops and town.”
Comfy beds, spacious room, classy social area with beautiful decor and comfy chairs. Fantastic food, monkfish scampi and prawn linguine absolutely delicious, well presented and large portions. Excellent choice at breakfast even at 10am. Attentive service. Excellent swimming pool, sauna and jaccuzi.

I had to boil my kettle outside on the corridor, One side it the room electricity did not work , so I picked up the phone and that didn’t work either . I had to go to reception to complain then it was sorted .
