The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was invaluable. They were so friendly and professional at all times that we did not have any trouble with them throughout our stay. The room was nice.

The staff were incredibly kind and disability awareness, very clear and helpful without being patronising and the hotel itself was very accessible, I would definitely recommend this hotel and Middlesbrough as a town for it's ease for accessibility, we had great trip, many thanks 🙏
