My stay at "Bahati Sunset Bungalows" was absolutely unforgettable! This place is a true paradise – perfect for rest and relaxation. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean, which is stunning at any time of day. The staff is incredibly helpful and communicative, making you feel right at home. The chef prepares amazing dishes, and the breakfasts are presented so beautifully that you almost don't want to eat them! Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Thanks to the manager Kris, who ensures guests feel well taken care of and safe, we felt completely comfortable during our stay. I’ve been in Zanzibar for over three weeks, but this is the first place I can wholeheartedly recommend. It’s a true gem that fully deserves attention! Kindest regards, Krzysiek&Renata

Our first stay at this resort was a wonderful one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. You get about six choices for breakfast and a fruit platter and juice of the day are included. There is a bar and restaurant on site that you pay extra, but we enjoyed both very much. Prices are reasonable. The sunsets are breathtaking, and the beach and ocean are easily accessible. Our room was comfortable and air conditioned.

Where to begin? Spent a long weekend to celebrate my wifes birthday and from the start we had a wonderful experience. Precious hosted us on arrival and was extremely attentive, professional and made us feel very welcomed. When you arrive instantly you get greeted with a beautiful open space surrounded by pristine white sand, elegantly designed rooms, beautiful natural surroundings and an instant feeling of peace, calm and serenity. The room was perfect, great size room, beautiful balcony, beautiful view and very comfortable. The team even went the extra mile and beautifully decorated the room for the occasion. I asked for a sunset romantic dinner for the evening and they did not disappoint. The setup was spectacular, romantic and to top it off the food was incredible. Hats off to the chefs, seafood platter was huge and everything perfectly cooked and seasoned, soup, salad starters, prawn curry all excellent. I asked if I could order a cake before hand to celebrate and the whole team came out singing and dancing and brought over a delicious chocolate cake, which we left nothing but crumbs. The beach and view is just spectacular, the hotel has a lot of space so it doesn't feel like you're stepping on anyone's toes and can be as private as you desire. Great size pool right in the middle and a pristine white sandy beach on your doorstep. The area is very special and the sunset remarkable, it's a quiet, relaxed part of Zanzibar that's well known for it's sunset and that is something everyone needs to experience. As well as great to walk the shoreline, which isn't filled with the hustle of other parts of the island as well as plenty of activities, kayaking, Kae fun sunset part, as well as others around should you desire some music and dancing. Breakfast was remarkably, shakshuka, avocado eggs toast. Plenty food and drink options for your whole stay. Overall we had a great experience.

Bahati is a beautiful, unpretentious resort in the sleepy vilage of Michamvi. There is very little of the party-vibe nor congestion of other beaches, perfectly quiet and remote. The rooms are cozy, staff are very helpful and good humoured good food and family friendly. The surfshop next door organizes water sports and cruises (just don't get fooled by the touts who try to keep you away from the actual shop staff).

We had a lovely stay. Our second visit to Zanzibar and of three places this was by far the best we’ve stayed at. Especially the quality of the food in the restaurant stood out which makes a huge difference. The beach is kept nice and clean and the pool is really child friendly. The manager Cristopher is super-friendly and making sure everything is fine while respecting privacy.

The hotel is good in it self but the staff made our vacation great. A personal touch to the communication/relation to their customers with the intent to make your stay better. What really exceeded expectations was the food. Great breakfast and dinner options!

What a paradise! The new resort in Michamvi is an unforgettable experience. The village is enchanting, and the sunset view from the beach is spectacular. Everything was perfectly organized under the management of Precious and Christophe, who have an extraordinary team. A special thanks to Jacob, a remarkable guy with golden hands: his cocktails are fantastic! Thank you for this unforgettable experience.
