People who work in the hotel is super nice and friendly. Thank you Cindy for all your help! Good private park, the vibe of the hotel is really nice . The room is bigger than I thought, is confortable and super ok for what you are paying.

- room was big enough with small open space for wardrobe and suitcases - the lady at the reception was very nice - although no breakfast was booked or included, there were bagels with optional spreads (cream cheese, jam) and coffee in the small garden/bar area - sufficient parking spaces - If you have your own car, the location is quite good. 5 minutes drive to the design district and about 12 minutes to Wynwood Walls, 20 minutes to Miami South Beach. Without a car it is a bit remote from the center

One of the cleanest rooms we had since years. Nice rooms and hotel garden. Located directly along the US 1.

No breakfast was included; however, the property offered Bagels and coffee on its own account, which was good. We did use the facility on the first day; however, it was not available on the second and third days.

Location - the hotel is located on the street that runs all the way down to downtown and different attractions. There are a lot of places to get lunch or breakfast. The flexibility and communication - we were able to check in ourselves due to late arrival and the staff were very quick to respond with instructions. The room itself - it was spotless and looked very stylish, everything was working properly in the room and there was a lot of space, they even had an iron set, although we didn’t need it. It was pretty quiet, although our windows were facing the pool, not the street.

Staff was great! The room was really cold and we couldn’t turn off the air conditioner. The staff tried to help turn it off. I loved the tiled bathroom!

We had a good stay. Simple and comfortable bedroom. With a fridge so we could buy our food and refrigerate it. The receptionist was very nice and kind and very helpful. They this grey and white cat at reception that is the cutest little thing.
