The location is great! It's in a lovely part of Miami, with loads of restaurants and stores in walking distance (it's opposite Coco Walk and Peacock Park). It's near a marina and we got to see manatees one morning when we went for a walk. The bed was comfy and we slept well (just be aware that it is soft, so if you want a firmer mattress you might want to make a request). The view was incredible though - clear out across the bay - and we really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony and then watching the sun go down over the bay. The staff were lovely, no matter where in the hotel you are. We never encountered a staff member who wasn't friendly or helpful.

Location is ideal, close to airport, sea port, Downtown Miami and South Beach, all within a 15-20 minute drive. Amenities close by, lots of restaurants and healthy eating options close by. The views of the marina are spectacular, watching the sunset was amazing.

- Easy check in - clean - Well situated - friedly staff - large balcony & furniture with view - free parking possibility (which we did not use) - could store our luggage before heading to the airport - great grocery store 12 min walk away - Miami Trolley station close by

Lovely apartment clean, good view from the balcony, bed was VERY comfortable which is a must for me. Kitchen well equipped

Considering common prices in Miami the Arya is a good choice. OK its an appartment hotel without restaurant/no breakfast - but in the vicinity there are plenty of restaurants. Coconut Grove is a nice, relaxing area. Not hectic like downtown Miami. And in the harbor area one can see even Manatees and alligators...
