It is situated Little Havana, which is mostly Spanish speaking area with Cuban influence. Very lively at night with music and restaurants. It was very safe and close to downtown of Miami. Very friendly staff and good value for money.

in general it was ok. Clean, quiet, fast internet, good communication with the owner. After a couple days we had a better communication between me and the owner and also the "permenent" residences there which gave a more warm home feeling.

The location was good, you can walk to restaurants and stores or go out for a run/walk (the neighbourhood is pleasant). The house is very organized and there are some rules so the stay can be good for everybody. The breakfast was simple but good too (coffee, milk, bread, peanut butter, cereal) and the kitchen is all equiped for cooking your own food.
