Location is OK, it is near the beach. About 200m is a bus station. Depending on the occupancy, you can be assigned to another location, so it was in my case, we stayed at 7310 Harding Avenue, the same location with the initial reserved. A great plus of this location is that at no more than 200m is a supermarket where you can shop and find everything you need. Mini kitchen in the room equipped with electric hob, coffee maker, microwave, bread pool and mini fridge. Also nearby there are restaurants, pizza and burgherking.

the attitude was good. I booked a room by mistake without a bathroom and the staff themselves offered to replace us for free with a room with a bathroom. the room had all the amenities and everything worked well.
