Nice large rooms, very friendly staff and the location was perfect...on the quiet end of Ocean Drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Local House an wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Swimming pool was disappointment for my kids with cold and shallow water. The dinner in the restaurant was cold when arrived and very of choice of desserts.

Super location if you want to be in South Beach, nice restaurant. Most rooms seem to have balconies, which is a big plus.

Lovely place, close to the beach, with an excellent restaurant with great coffee (for Europeans) embedded in the hotel. All aspects worked well, and the staff were very nice to deal with. I'd happily return, whether with family or if I was in the area on business.

A really nicely designed little boutique hotel in a quieter end of Ocean Drive. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax, even though the water was pretty warm so not quite the respite from the heat we thought it might be. The concierge who met us on check in was wonderful.

Location was great, the room was light and airy and the staff were so helpful. We were greeted by the owner/manager and she couldn’t have made us more welcome and her team did exactly same. A very relaxed vibe in the hotel which is exactly what we wanted for our trip. Pool area was great, although pool was small this did not matter and there was a lot of sunbed and seating options. Restaurant served good food and cocktails, but lots of options if you fancy a change within easy walking distance.
