Our only negative comment is that the doors don’t close easily so are very noisy. I was awakened at 4 am by someone down the hall coming in or going out. We were very impressed by the staff especially Simon on the desk.

The room was surprisingly spacious, even though I booked the smallest category. That was definitely a positive aspect.

The Gates hotel has incredible facilities, loved the pool area, overlooking charming palm trees. The staff was extremely helpful at reception. They answered all my questions and had great tips for restaurants. I have to say my favourite activities were yoga and salsa dancing 💃🏼 classes on the weekend! Thank you for my wonderful stay.

Location, pool/ beach towels and beach chairs available but they don’t have enough towels ( both at the beach and at the pool)

I stayed at the Gates Hotel just for one night, short time though. The position was really at the center, close to the main streets on foot (Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, Espanola Way and so on). Also there is a free trolley bus (the stop is outside the Hotel), which connects you easily to the center. The Hotel has also a swimming pool and a concierge, really nice view from the room, staff was kind and polite, room was clean and there was all the necessary.

Very good room for 5 people: 2 adultes and 3 child. Good place near to the Miami beach. Possibility to take meals at the hotel and hot swimming pool.
