The location is perfect for a tourist trip, as you are in Miami Beach. The proximity to the beach and access to beach beds cannot go unnoticed, it is so nice. The room was nice, relatively clean although dated.

On a positive note, the room was exceptionally clean, and both the reception and bar staff were incredibly friendly. The location is close to the beach and Ocean Drive Art Deco.

Nice vibe, cool rooftop people don't really know of :) the whole hotel has a nice smell. Staff was very helpful and location can't be better. It's quite at this part of the street while a short walk will get you to the hussling area of Ocean Dr. Also, beach access is great.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere hotel with fabulous food. The food was the best we had eaten at on South Beach.

The hotel is not far from the beach and is comfortable and quiet. The staff, especially the bar staff, were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious well air conditioned and serviced every day. We enjoyed the mixology class on one of the nights and the free cocktail that came with it.

We had a great stay at Balfour! A really nice hotel on a good location and great service, specially Navi at the front desk who is so kind and helpful! Beach chairs and umbrella, bicycles and welcome drinks at the hotel bar, wich was very nice! Definitely we’re gonna be back!

We were greeted by William who instantly made us feel at home. He was very pleasant and helpful and gave us a thorough overview of what our booking entailed including the use of push bikes and beach loungers and an umbrella . The location is perfect… right beside the action but just far enough away to be quiet

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is unbeatable—right near the iconic South Beach avenue, yet with a chill, laid-back vibe. The staff went above and beyond; special shoutout to Navi and William, who were not only super helpful but genuinely great people. They made our stay extra special and definitely deserve a promotion! The room was cozy with super comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We also loved the complimentary beach sunshades and towels—such a thoughtful perk that made our beach days even better.
