Location is excellent The staff were very helpful and pleasant Good breakfast selection There is a resort fee but it has some good items included for that fee.

Location was 2-3 minutes walking distance to Ocean Drive and the beach, perfect. Lots of restaurants along Ocean Drive but also found some really nice restaurants on the side streets away from there too. Hotel was very well air conditioned which was needed after a day in the extreme humidity of South Beach. Breakfast staff were very helpful and the breakfast itself was very nice albeit quite limited on choice. There were 2 small pools, one had a bar next to it and a little shop that sold cold drinks, snacks and ice creams

The hotel is great. We had an ocean-view room on the 11th floor, which was really good and clean. The pool was also clean, with easy access to the beach, a designated smoking area, and a bar. Almost all the staff were super friendly. You can borrow a bicycle for two hours every day to explore the city. Also they have a gym.

Front desk was very helpful, event the management is accesible, however we had to wait for room cleaning for 2 days, our trash was not picked despite our numerous reminders. great location. good enough breakfast. friendly stuff. the ac was making a lot of noise in our first checked in room, they have changed our room the next day to an upper floor room.

Room was lovely, they arranged for a little surprise in the room for my partners birthday. Room was a good size. Great location, our room overlooked Collins Avenue. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Price for the room was very good, paid around £1800 for 11 nights and then paid for an extra night so in all cost about £2000 for 12 nights which is very good.

Initially I wrote a rave review for this hotel. The accommodation itself is great. The room is comfortable, the facilities are good, the housekeeping staff were lovely.

Seafront rooms that are comfortable. The hotel is located right next to Ocean drive.
