Valet parking charge :
$39.90 daily for standard cars including sedan cars, SUV, and minivans
$51.30 daily for Commercial vans or vans up to 15 seats.
Please note that Ocean Drive is closed to vehicular traffic. Valet parking is located in our sister property President hotel (1423 collins avenue, Miami beach).
Guests will have access to the rooftop pool at an adjacent hotel.
Please note the guest's identification used at check-in must match the name on the reservation and the name on the credit card used to pay for their stay.
Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.
Please note a USD 150.00 per night, per room deposit will be charged on the day of arrival for incidentals and is refundable. Your deposit will be released upon checkout, subject to an inspection of the property.
A daily mandatory resort fee will be charged and covers cost of:

The beds are very comfortable. The rooms have been renovated recently and are clean. The bathrooms at this hotel are a bit smaller and more compact compared to their sister property. Location is great across the street from the beach and down the street from the famous South Beach area was many bars clubs and restaurants. Starbucks is half a block away. Many of the tourist shops are close by. Walgreens is about a block and a half away. So lots of convenient and close stuff. Breakfast was nice it was different it was off of a menu that you ordered one of the items and you only had one drink either coffee or tea or a juice.

The hotel has a perfect location, clean rooms, excellent staff. Sandra at the front desk made the stay careless and way better! Sandra is not only attentive and helpful but also very kind and stands out. It was the pleasure to be taken care by her!!!

Location was great right across from the beach. Young lady at the front desk was exceptional, very helpful and kind. Room was a decent size. View sucked. But thats average experience for boutique hotel on lower levels on strip.

The location is definitely an asset for the hotel. Immediately on Ocean Drive but also a bit away from the most noisy places. They also offer a welcome drink for each person including children.

I had a pleasant stay at Penguin Hotel, and I want to stay with you again ASAP! The room I booked was exactly what I got, complete with a great view and close proximity to the beach. The receptionists, especially the ladies, were extremely friendly, though the male receptionist was not as welcoming. Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient, but the maintenance guys were a bit unfriendly. Overall, a good experience with some room for improvement in staff friendliness.

The hotel is right on the Ocean Dr, so in terms of location, it cannot get any better than that. The room was pretty good and the bathroom was very clean. The included breakfast was also really good, but it wasn't necessarily in great quantity.
