The location is the best aspect of this place. It was easy to find. The accommodation was spacious, we might have been upgraded to a larger room. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and they took a lot of trouble to fix our ceiling fan and light. Nice shower and clean bathroom. Free tea and coffee available, but only in the lobby area, typical of America. Good, if noisy, air conditioner.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean Reef Suites hotel in Miami, and our experience was beyond our expectations. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist, who was extremely friendly and professional. What's more, we had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded, which was a particularly appreciated gesture and really marked our stay. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring peaceful, restful nights after busy days exploring the city. The room facilities were just right for our needs, and the daily housekeeping was outstanding. The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to discover Miami without worrying about long commutes. Centrally located, it's close to all points of interest: within walking distance of the beaches, surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores, and very well served by public transport. This central location enabled us to make the most of our stay without wasting time traveling. We highly recommend the Ocean Reef Suites for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms and exceptional location. It's the ideal address for a successful stay in Miami, and we'll be sure to return the next time we visit! Thank you so much!

The location is really good even as a solo traveller you won't lack things to do The activities available around Miami that one can enjoy for an extra fee. I am going to take a bus trip to Saw Grass Mall so I am quite happy

great location close to the beach. room was spacious (suite) and receptionist very cordial and helpful. Liked the beach towels as well as beach chairs offered on the beach.

It was pretty big, it had everything necessary, it also was in the centre of south beach, so amazing location, there was good ac, they give you free hammocks with towels on the beach and they even kept our luggage while we were in New York, which was safe and sound. Basically we liked everything about it.

I loved the studio!. It was very comfortable, and everything was spotless. I loved the fact that hot water was available for tea and a coffee machine 24/7. I will def come back. The people in the lobby were super nice and willing to help. One of them, the Cuban guy, helped me with my luggage to my room. Also, I was able to leave my suitcase after check out and come back later before going to the airport.
