In the event of any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising from or related to this rental agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred in connection with such action or proceeding from the non-prevailing party. **Limitation of Damages Clause:**
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the property owner/landlord's liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from this rental agreement or property use shall be limited to the total cost of the stay as indicated in this agreement. OMG, the View!!! I Booked the beachfront house(they gave me one on the 10th floor), and I got 'Wowwwww moment 'at sunrise time on Christmas day at 7:08 am. I am so glad I booked it at the last minute. It was the best decision made during the Miami trip. My friend is also very happy to wake up on the beach at sunrise. Also, the couch in the living room is a convertible bed! There is free valet parking, the lobby has coffee in the morning. 3-minute walk to the beach, and tons of restaurants down the street. Also full-kitchen set if you want to cook with small free snacks on the house. During my stay, I wake up for an early morning walk along the beach then drive along the coastline further south to Key West.

We recently stayed at this property in Miami, and overall, we had a great experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious—especially given the reasonable price point for the area. Having a well-equipped kitchen was a fantastic bonus; we found everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay feel even more like a home away from home. The views from our seaside room balcony were simply breathtaking, and we loved starting our mornings looking out over the ocean. Another big plus was the complimentary valet parking. Parking in Miami can get pricey, so having this service included in our stay was a huge money-saver. For those who enjoy biking, there were Citibike stations nearby, making it convenient to explore the local neighborhoods. It was also great that grocery stores were within walking distance—perfect for grabbing essentials and snacks.

Free and quick valet parking, Clean facilities and apartments, Well equipped gym, Huge sauna rooms (located in the bathrooms of the 5th floor, they are a bit hidden), Easy beach access, 3 heated pools in total. A large swimming pools plus a spa pool (with jet water) are on the 5th floor along with the sauna and gym. My watch measured the water temp in the large pools between 29-31°C / 84-88°F in December) both are about 150cm/5ft deep at the deepest points, there is plenty of place for swimming and areas with depths suitable for children, the one on the 5th floor is suitable for toddlers too as it starts from a few inches of depth and gradually deepens. The spa pool is at 36-38°C/ 96-99°F, you can turn on the jet with a timer. None of the pools were packed I've always found time to swim alone. Spacious clean apartments in perfect condition, well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, detergents, etc. Apartments can be heated and cooled, as we were there in December we needed the heating for 3 days then the AC for 4 days both worked perfectly. We had two LG smart tv-s with YouTube, Netflix etc.. Our apartment was on the 5th floor with city view but even that was nice as we saw the Miami downtown skyline. We loved the huge balcony and the separate bedroom. Staff including valets were very friendly and helpful, but not that annoying type who overdo it, this I appreciate a lot. Not overpriced or wannabe fancy at all but rather decent in both ways, the price level and this profile of the place still keeps most of the shady elements away, no crazy partygoers high who knows what screaming and stomping in the apartments next to you... No weed or tobacco smell all around the hallways. I highly recommend Monte Carlo to everyone looking for accommodation at Miami Beach. I work in aviation management, traveling to different countries and continents frequently, so I have seen a hotel or two, and I have to stay I am very happy with Monte Carlo.

Location is great. For travelers who want to explore Miami and stay close to the beach it’s a great choice. Location is really strategic. You are 10-15 minutes drive from both Lincoln road at Miami Beach and Design District, 20-25 minutes drive from Bal Harbour Shops. It’s also very convenient to drive to Aventura and Sawgrass Mills Mall. Free parking and valet service are also great. We weee lucky to get apartment with partial sea view. It was fantastic. Nothing can be better than to observe the sunrise from your balcony with a sea view. Beach service was good.

The situation of the Monte Carlo is OK. Midbeach. Near Publix or Walgreen. The view is nice
