Not a bad hotel. Convenient location: everything is close and not noisy. The hotel has a restaurant. Polite staff. Strong audibility in the rooms. There are only two umbrellas at the pool, it would not hurt to fix the situation. We asked in advance about early check-in, but we were told that they can help with this only on the day of check-in. We arrived 3 hours before check-in, we were told that the room is ready, but they will check us in only for an additional fee. This is the first time I encounter this on South Beach.

Good location and nice and clean hotel but room we paid for was a bit small, the queen sized bed was difficult to move around, room 102 was on ground floor close to reception and there was some noise as people went past inside the hotel, it would appear the walls are not soundproofed ?! That said the staff were friendly and helpful and did all they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible- try the breakfast it’s good !!

The location is absolutely perfect ✨ All of the staff were amazingly helpful and nice! It was clean and good smell, nice shower and not too big. The pool deck was gorgeous!

What was there not to like? This hotel is AMAZING. The pool deck was stunning. The food was a amazing and obviously the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach and have a good time

Location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and in the main south beach area with all the eateries nearby. Hotel premises were also well maintained and clean.

Great location, comfortable bed and spacious sized room. Rooftop pool was a great add on to this hotel as the sunbeds were big and comfortable. The pool area was mainly quiet which was nice but I’m not sure if it was just because of the time of the month. Most front of house staff were friendly however the cleaning staff were exceptional and extremely accommodating and helpful!

What a gem! The absolute best I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting South Beach Miami. Comfortable and very clean. The staff are incredible and always there to assist. When we arrived, the lobby was busy, but you didn't mind waiting because Ceasar acknowledged your presence and apologized for the delay. We'll definitely be back Thank you
