The staff and the location, perfect location for.Family with kids, and related to the staff they try there best to give me satisfaction was.not.easy but at the end everything went fine.

Everything else was great. It's a boutique hotel so doesn't have the large pool or holiday resort atmosphere. But if you're in Miami for work or a very short trip, it's ideal.

Location great, staff everywhere except reception and bar outstanding, in both the mentioned areas service level lacking

The hotel is very centrally located at south beach with only a few minutes walk to the beach or to lincoln road. It had a nice pool and sunbeds to relax on. The room had a good size with comfortable beds. The staff were nice and welcoming.
