Booked this room for New years, staff were incredibly helpful in organising a room with a view of the light show. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities. Would 100% stay here again upon return to Mexico City.

It's a very nice and professional hotel, which has everything you need. The location is amazing with everything in walkable distance or easy to reach by metro or bus. Also the view from the room and the roof top are awesome.

Excellent location between the statue of Diana and the angel of independence. I felt very safe and secure here. The room was excellent with a well equipped little kitchen area. There was even a mixer for smoothies. I felt so cosy and at home here as a solo traveller. I had no issues with the bed which I was expecting after other reviews. It was firm but not hard. I was reassured by the large steel beam crossing the window which others had complained about . This shows the building's resilience to earthquakes and after the recent Turkish earthquake, was a welcome sight . Natalie on reception was outstanding in her help, care and friendliness. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed and the bed made. The view over Reforma was stunning and I was in room 2005 which had incredible all round views of the area. There are 2 good restaurants at the bottom of the building and a numerous coffee outlets and small shops to buy water and provisions. The layout and design of the room ensured that the sleeping and cooking areas were far enough away not to feel as if they were in top of each other. An excellent stay and I will definitely be back. Amazing value for money given the standard of room and location. Noise issues from the street and next door were fixed with earplugs. For this location, slap in the middle of Reforma, you will get street noise. The fan supplied was more than adequate to keep the room cool in February.
