Great location, lots of restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had a one bed apartment so plenty of space. It’s a small hotel but the facilities are good considering, it even has a small fitness area

Friendly and attentive staff. Lovely roof terrace. Well designed, comfortable, clean rooms. Lovely decor in general areas. Good location for bars, restaurants and accessing the city. Great to have complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit.

The staff has been very helpful with any request we would have. In the common pantry we would find every day some apples, water and coffee. The roof terrace was also nice. The room (we reserved the junior suite) was very clean and comfortable (plenty of space, we also used the washing machine and the drier, was very useful). The location was also very good, surrounded by restaurants, close to Av Reforma and Roma Nte.

The staff were very friendly. Check in process was smooth. They were able to change my room because the aircon in the first wasn't working. Super convenient location.

Nice that they provided water and coffee and fruits 24/7. Would be nice if they had to go cups and creamers/milk for the coffee Great location, felt very safe with the 24/7 doorman. Pillows were amazing

The staff is exceptionally friendly. The room and common areas are spotless and I really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It's close to everything and the area is full of bars and restaurants. The room is bigger than my apartment here in the CDMX.
