Space in the apartment is great - much better than a single hotel room. Flexibility of being able to relax and eat meals and watch Netflix without having to lie in bed. Fridge and washing machine and tumble dryer all very good. Very good value for money in terms of location, space and comfort. Apartment was very quiet for a very busy noisy city and proved to be a great refuge from the bustle of Mexico City streets.

Lovely three bedroom apartment in a secure apartment building close to the historic centre and near to Alameda Central Park. The apartment was clean and the check in and check out went flawlessly. Even though we were delayed by almost six hours the apartment manager met us at the property at check in, and again at checkout the help offered was first class. The manager and agents used WhatsApp to really make communication the simplest it could be. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed, and more. It was a well located, well appointed and great value place to stay in CDMX, and the service was exceptional!

The levels of service for our arrival were above and beyond anything I could have expected. We had a severely delayed flight - which only became apparent during the flight when we were rerouted via a different airport. We were due to arrive at 8pm, but it became clear that we would be very late - probably 3am or later. This isn't a hotel so I was concerned about how we would get in. Bruce and his team communicated with me via Whatsapp during the flight (I had internet access) and Bruce said that he would stay up and let us in no matter what time we arrived. That was eventually around 445am. Bruce was as good as his word - met us at the door and showed us in, helped with bags, settled us (after a very long journey). It was amazing service done with good grace and friendliness. Superb.

Great location, right next to the Alameda park, perfect spot for watching Mexican life, children playing in the fountains. Av. Juarez and Av. Independencia are direct links to turist shopping and sites. Safe feeling to walk around, also in evenings - doorman will not open for you, i.e. you need your keys to enter and exit, good for safety. Great utensils in the kitchen, largest selection of machines seen in an apartment, ever! Good washing machine and dryer. Good and fast wifi. Aircon worked. Balcony is OK, and nice to be able to go outside. Elevaters worked. Fitness room and pool, both located in the other tower, connected via the lobby. Good equipment. Via WhatsApp, easy access to hosts, checking in and out. Other, tips: Uber well functioning. During our stay the pink taxis had approved meters, check tarif should be 3; we got cheated by a white taxi using tarif 5, 5-10 times the expense. In google maps search for “Mercado” not “supermarket” to find better options to buy food.
