Authentic style building in a very intriguing and picturesque CDMX colonia, great breakfast in a cafe across the street. Spacious and calm place near a lot of places one must see

A small boutique hotel in Coyoacan, very close to the Frida Kahlo museum and the Coyoacan Market. There are also lots of lovely cafes nearby. I only stayed there for one night, but I wish I’d stayed longer. My room was actually a 2-floor apartment with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom and a living room on the ground floor, facing a communal courtyard. Beautiful decor in the apartment and the communal spaces.

Great room, very spacious, comfortable beds, clean, good shower, plenty of hot water. Wonderful patio courtyard area with traditional Mexican design and accessories, shady, sunny... just wonderful to be able to relax outside. The shared kitchen and dining room was also fantastic. Close to the centre of Coyoacán. We will definitely return.
