The images of the unit made it seem more spacious than it was in real life. The property is older than it appears online, too. There was obvious wear-and-tear in our specific unit. The kitchen was so basic, you really couldn't do more than reheat leftovers in the take-away containers. No wine glasses, either. Though the appearance of a pre-set table was nice, it was inefficient. We had to remove the plates and place mats to have table space for our laptops or to use in any manner. The standout staff person was the doorman, Roberto. He greeted us warmly upon arrival; he was cheerful each and every time we saw him in contrast from the girls at the desk who seemed to want to have minimum interaction with guests. The location was ideal to walk for shopping or just to stretch your legs. We especially loved Saks Polanco restaurant which was the closest to the property. In fact, we liked it so much we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner there (on different days!)

The living area of the apartment is quite spacious and the apartment is located in a quiet, residential area. Both rooms had ensuite bathrooms.
