Located in a not so safe street. I was approached at 8pm leaving the hotel by men with knives demanding cash. I ran and reported it to the desk person.

Stayed with Kali Ciudadela twice in my trip. My friend left a camera in the room and they kept it for us to collect 2 weeks later. Really pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast too! On my second stay, I had to leave at 4am for my flight and missed breakfast so they packed a takeaway breakfast box, wow!

Large, spacious and clean room. It was very quiet considering it was within walking distance to the busy Historic Centre. Coffee machine in the mail Lobby was a hit with our group as it made excellent coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is modern and comfortable The room was comfortable and had 4 USB ports at the outlets, which allowed us to charge devices without the EU-US adapters There was a coffee machine in the room

Location is good in Centro historico, within 10/15 min walking distance to the main Zocalo and Palacio des Bellas Artes. Nice foyer area to sit and chill out. Good & substantial breakfast buffet including scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, granola, bread, pancakes, pastries and chiliquiles. There's free drinking water provided. Staff are pleasant. Room was spacious and cool and we didn't need to use the aircon. Good shower. Highly recommend Paradero Conocido for lunch a few blocks away.

Well located in central CDMX. The street is a bit grungy but seemed safe. The hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The included breakfast was great. Could not fault it.
