Beautiful hotel in a very quiet area. Rooms very comfortable and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent service at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with large choice of dishes

Really beautiful setting, well designed rooms in an old Condesa house. Helpful and kind staff. Would recommend for a relaxing stay in CDMX.

Everything was fantastic. Sanctuary of a place. The breakfasts were delicious. Close to lots of gorgeous restuarants and pretty bars. Condessa is a beautiful area. Close enough to walk into the main sq of the city too (if you don't mind walking too much!)

The food was good but quantity was small. Breakfast was included in the price but it wasn't a buffet breakfast like other hotels. Only one item and tea/coffee was included in the price. The area is safe and walkable to restaurants and parks, little far from the historic center. Staff were helpful. Got an excellent private tour/guide from the hotel. Very easy to get Uber from the hotel. Private ride from the airport by booking.com was very convenient.

We loved our stay - it was a very clean hotel, not many rooms so it felt homey and quiet. Rooms were large enough and a good sized bathroom. The booking was a bit confusing as it seemed as though there would be a private balcony with our room but we still loved our stay.
