The hotel’s location is excellent, just steps away from the Zócalo, on a pedestrian street. The staff is kind and helpful.

The location was excellent on the main pedestrian shopping street in City Centre. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the view over the street.

The hotel is very nice, clean and pleasant! the staff were all friendly and helpful. the location is great, there are many restaurants and shops and it is very near tourist attractions. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food and service was very good.
