Excellent location. The hotel is well run and right next to great restaurants. Staff is professional and you can fill your water bottle in the lobby. It is secure and the reception is well lit and a fully operational all 24 hours.

I liked the location. So easy to get to all the galleries and other historical sights. Walking distance to much of our agenda and we were able to walk to the Plaza and pick up a tourist bus. Unfortunately, we chose Turibus and we do have major complaints about that service, especially since we were abandoned in a location requiring us to get a taxi back to Hotel Principal

Great location and great room, relaxing rooftop. Modern, fresh, and clean. But most of all I liked the sun shining in (seldom occurrence in Mexico City). Not for very long but long enough to make me happy.

Excellent location for a city hotel. Clean and comfortable bed. Room is small and can be tricky to manage if you have a lot of luggage. Housekeeping and front desk staff were excellent with some being particularly friendly and helpful (thank you to the lady who helped book us a taxi back to the airport)

Great location in a historic hotel right in the centre, and still quiet in the rear rooms.
