The Hotel Parque Mexico does not allow children.
During check in, property will request a deposit of $ 2,000 MXN for extra charges.Parking, beauty services and transportation are provided offsite for an extra fee.In case of not making a change or cancellation in time and form, the amount of one night plus taxes per room to the credit card with which it was guaranteed will be charged.We will make a pre-verification of the credit card 24 hrs before the arrival of the guest.
In case of not being approved, the reservation will be considered as "Not Guaranteed" and the Hotel will cancel the reservation and is not obliged to respect the reservation.On reservations of more than one night, if the guest is present, the "No Show" charge will be applied only for the first night of the reservation plus taxes to the credit card with which the reservation was guaranteed. The rest of the stay will be canceled automatically.Terrace schedule:

The location can’t be beat, right where you want to be when visiting Mexico City. La Condesa/Roma is where it’s at with people, restaurants, cafes, and some of the most beautiful parks in DF and a neighborhood full of architectural gems, including many Art Deco apartment buildings. So I loved it! That being said, the room I booked at the hotel was on the small side, and while the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were hard and gave me a headache. I mentioned to staff when leaving and I hope they correct this

Very nice hotel and amazing location in the heart of La Condesa on the edge of Parque Mexico. Rooms are very comfortable and lovely furniture and artworks from local makers.

Very nice neighbourhood with a magnificent park, nice bars and restaurants, close to main landmarks. The decoration is lovely and the staff very kind.
