The location is good, close to the area of movement and a 24hrs bakery which was great if you get hungry in the evening. The room was OK, not awesome but worth the money. The staff was always super kind and very supportive. We forgot a neck pillow and they kept it in the storage for a couple of weeks until we got back to Mexico city (thanks a lot for that).

Its convenient location—just an 8-minute walk from the historical city center—made exploring easy. I also appreciated their taxi service to the airport, which can be slightly cheaper than Uber, depending on the time. The staff was friendly and accommodating, enhancing my experience. Check out was 1pm which was very nice.

Just stayed one night between flights, for which we found this to be a good spot. Easy to reach from the International Airport, close to the historic centre which you can reach on foot. Friendly staff.

The location was close to the ancient city center and other monuments, supermarkets were nearby, and good restaurants too. The hotel and staff were very good.

Good location, clean property and nice staff. Not air conditioned but weather is usually not too hot in CDMX, especially at night. Easy to get transport and walk. Good secure parking alongside. Nice spacious room that was clean and tidy, and well maintained. Good value for money.
