Location is excellent, only one street away from Paseo de la Reforma. Many different options for breakfast, lunch and dinner around

The hotel is very cosy without overwhelming its guests . Accommodations are charming and practical with a lot of character giving new life to old structures. The breakfast is definitely a highlight and staff was very nice as well .

The hotel is stunning - the architecture and interiors are both stylish and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. Homely rooms, cute wee reading nook near the bar and a gorgeous pool.

Customer services was terrible , we asked for towels for the pool but they never materialised . One day we had to leave for an excursion at 0745 and breakfast was at 8am but they said no to giving us a coffee before going. The staff were unfriendly and nonchalant.

Very good location, comfortable mattresses, warm water in the pool, comfortable loungers (only 2 available, fortunately the hotel was almost empty). The hotel staff were pleasant and always ready to help. Excellent fresh juice, delicious coffee, and perfectly prepared eggs (expect à la carte breakfast, not a buffet). Attractive seating area behind the pool.
