This was my 2nd time staying in the hotel and the main reason for choosing it was the location - close to & walkable from Reforma - and safety (between Reforma and the hotel, I would not recommend walking further after dark). The facilities are outdated, clear enough, but clean and I would say decent for the price paid (the earlier you book, at least 1-2 weeks prior, better the price). It was cleaned every day, towels and soap replaced, wifi worked fine. Although I booked the standard room (for which I think they usually give you a room at ground floor and first levels, oriented towards the internal patio), I was given a big room at the 2nd to last floor with a very nice view of the front and the Reforma skyline. Really appreciated this.

Good quality for money when you sum all up, the location was great (safe, close to the Angel, close to Zona Rosa, easy to find by Uber, easy to walk around), the room very small but quite clean, the presence of a resto downstairs which is convenient in your first morning. Nice people at reception.

The location was amazing, very close by one of the main axis (Reforma) and located in a very nice neighbourhood (quiet and cute). I strongly recommend.

Location is excellent, stores and restaurants near around. Room with lots of space, clean, friendly staff. Be patient with the elevator, is slow, but not big issue.

Great hotel in an amazing location. Staff were really friendly and the restraunt attached was good (we only had breakfast and drinks there). Room was clean, dated but clean.
