The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast options in the two restaurants in the hotel. The hotel is within a 30 minute walking zone of the major museums, the historical portion of the city and the Chapultepec Park.

Comfortable bed and we had water in the room. The shower was good. We had kettle and coffee maker in the room. The location was good and lots of restaurants and bars nearby but it was quiet.

I spent 3 nights at Galeria Plaza Reforma and have no major complaints. The location is perfect and very close to plenty of excellent restaurants, cafes, and parks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Will likely stay there again!

Room was a great size and comfy. The pool area is lovely but was too cold for us to use it. The coffee in the room was great.

Great location, very central but the street is not noisy. Room and amenities were good. We arrived very early in a morning and were allowed to get our room right away (for an extra fee though).

Super comfortable rooms, great view from the pool, well equipped gym, although the water filter stopped working for one day. Very cozy. Amenities are really good.
