Comfortable beds, great view (towards the airport), generally friendly staff (esp at Concierge), perfect downtown location Staff at check-in seemed a bit unengaged at times and queues were building up at the front desk so you would rather not go there if you had a question or a problem There's huge works in progress in the back of the hotel so this will probaby cause a lot of noise (it already did during my stay) for a long time and starting early morning hours. The air conditioning was not working well which could become reason to not choose this hotel in summer months. I hope they get this fixed because I actually really liked the hotel a lot and would hate to be forced to look for an alternative

The beds were comfortable, the room was dated and a little drab but there was a window that opened! Which meant fresh air and control over the temperature (along with the central heating/cooling system that could be controlled as well). Overall it was a good experience.

Fiesta club lounge was excellent both breakfast and evening snacks. Room 820 superb. Overall excellent value for money

The hotel is located within walking distance to the historic part of town but at the same time near other nice neighborhoods such as Roma. Also its handy for tour pick ups. The staff are friendly. I arrived early and they gave me my room.

The location on Pl de la Reforma is great & there are lots of restaurants, cafes, & OXXO supermarket around and only about 11 mins walk to the shopping mall of Reforma222. Most of items like snacks & drinks etc I bought them at Sumesa which is about 8 mins walk from the hotel at the end of calle Lisboa. They have a more extensive offerings than OXXO. It is only one of a handful of hotels in Mexico City that is used by most touring companies that offer pick up services for your daily excursions in & around Mexico City. I had only one dinner at the hotel and the food is so so. Staff are generally very helpful & friendly.

The location is great - in a safe area (we felt very safe in Mexico city, although all the info saying the contrary). The hotel has some age but is well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bed linen was really high quality Egyptian cotton.

The location is amazing. Close to the Metrobus stops and you can walk in Paseo La Reforma up and down from the hotel.
