Very good Mexican style breakfast with multiple food choices, great service. All employees of Emporio were helpful, nice and reacted immediately to our needs (extra towel, water etc.). Hotel's location is perfect, close to all attractions and very quiet at the same time.

Breakfast, location, cleanliness, reception, staff. Our previous stays at the Emporio Reforma were in 2011 and 2013, which we enjoyed very much, so we selected it again on our one-day stopover from Sydney Australia for our holiday in Oaxaca.

The beds very comfortable, city view was 🗑️ trash cans no view, staff were no very helpful, took 1 hour being our suitcases to our room. Value packing what helpful. 10 minutes walk to amazing restaurant Sonora grill, As the hotel restaurant said we're no seving drinks or roomsevice as it was a holiday.
