Absolutely amazing, one of the best stays. Extremely clean, with daily cleaning. Quiet. Very good breakfast, a la carte, prepared fresh on the spot. Very friendly staff. We were super happy to have met Carmen during our last day. Cannot wait to be back.

Roma is a great location, the staff at Casa Serenos were lovely and the food is great. Fantastic breakfast, lovely coffee & good facilities in the room like a fridge / drinking water, nice toiletries.

Lovely area of Roma, cute boutique hotel that was tastefully kitted out, really comfortable beds, clean room with lovely bathroom, fridge and tea /coffee facilities. Fernanda was extremely helpful sharing local information and more for our other trips around the country.

I loved everything: •The service was so good and everyone was so helpful •The attention to detail is great •The amazing -to be chosen- delicious breakfast •The bed, linen, towels were so clean and beautiful •All the shower & cleansing products were of a very high quality. •The staff at the restaurant were always fast, professional and friendly. •Airco is powerful and very convenient during the hot days. •To get there from the International Airport is fast and easy. •The surrounding area is beautiful, full of cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, ATM’s. I am looking so much forward to be back 💕
