Great location, although this is a zone of high traffic, Uber usually takes min. 10minutes to arrive. The staff is extraordinary. Any communication was clear and fast, very helpful. Very clean. Totally recommendable.

Location is good. Reforma is one of the safest and most interesting places to live in Mexico city. Room was spacious. Relatively clean.

The location was good. Facilities were as advertised, studio apartment was spacious.. Shower was hot and powerful. Bed was very comfortable.

The room was very big, the kitchen was nice and it was generally clean. The location is perfect as it is super close to Chapultepec Parc and La Zona Rosa. The personal was very nice and helpful. During my last night I had to go to hospital and they even came to my room and packed all my bags for me because I felt too sick.
