On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful Gareth who ran through absolutely everything with us and made sure we were happily settled in. The room was large and the bed was made to our request ie. double rather than 2 singles. We had our own bathroom which was good and a view to the front of the property. We were advised that all coffee, tea etc. would be refilled daily and should we require anymore at any point then we just needed to ask. The hosts lived in the property and were available at any time should they be needed. Gareth and Lara have children and a dog and I must say we never heard a thing from either, all very quiet :) Breakfast was fabulous and always served with a smile. The location of the property was easy to find and there is onsite parking. You are free to come and go at whatever time you like, there were no "curfews" so to speak as you had a front door key as well as a room key. The room was beautifully decorated. Good working shower. Heated towel rail and there was also a shaver point. No complaints from us really on anything other than a couple of little niggles which I will explain below.......

The location was as I expected for the area, so no shocks with the hills,breakfast was delicious, service was friendly,very clean,beds very comfortable.
