The location is very strategic, just a short walk from the train station. The property is spacious, clean, and comfortable quiet and warm. In terms of value for money, it’s excellent, and the inclusion of breakfast makes it even more worth it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t try the breakfast as I had to check out very early, but the staff on duty kindly offered me a cup of coffee or chocolate before I left. Since I had to check out so early, I requested a lower bunk bed at check-in to make it easier for me to get ready in the dark. However, the staff at check-in denied my request without providing a clear reason. This was inconvenient as I had explained my situation. Thankfully, the staff on duty in the evening was very kind and understanding. When I borrowed a hairdryer and mentioned my early check-out, they offered to move me to a lower bunk, but at that point, I was already too tired to rearrange my bed, so I declined.

Nice location very close to the city center and main landmarks. The hostel was also nice, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were great as well, nice views and comfortable stay. The receptionist staff was very kind, especially the one who speaks Spanish, she helped me a lot to solve a problem I had with the lockers in my room. I stayed here only for one night and my experience was nice. I'd recommend it. A bientôt Metz!

Really good location. Really good and friendly stuff. Nice that they have a breakfast included. In the booking it does not show all their rooms, i booked something then i got to know that they have other types of rooms as well and added some couple of euros for a room for 2 but was alone. So good deal.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms. The en-suite bathroom was really nice and clean. There are lockers in the room for each person. The bed was comfortable and clean, would've been nice to have a curtain for the upper bunk as well but it's not a huge problem. The breakfast is maybe a bit too basic, but I know it's just kind of how it is in France in general, and it's included in the price so it's good value for your money.

Very good team working at front desk, helpful and kind. Clean and new rooms, toilet and shower inside. Soap and shampoo are provided. Good breakfast, safe place to stay. Would return back.n

It is a very nice modern hostel. It has comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast is included in the price. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The beautiful city center and train station can be reached within some walking minutes, but there are also bus and tram stations nearby.
