The staff was extremely kind with the best way possible - professional but friendly at the same time. The accommodations were exceptional, the food was delicious and the vibe was perfect overall. If you plan to stay here, add a day to really relax and enjoy the hotel on its own.

Location is great, the views are absolutely amazing. The highlights - the comfiest bed, nice touch serving mulled wine on Christmas afternoon. The staff was very good. The food at the restaurant (a la carte) very good as well. It’s super quiet, lovely lobby bar with a good selection of drinks.

The massage in the spa was great, the view was amazing, the staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was the best we had on this trip
