The apartment was just renovated, brand new and very clean. The bathroom looked very good and the shower worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable. The son of the owner welcomed us nicely and gave us all the information. We went into Venice by taking the tram at Oberden station at a few minutes of a walk, which was easy.

The apartment is clean and modern. The host was very welcoming. It has the parking lot, which is super convenient. The self check in process went really smoothly. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Bed linen and towels were good. It has a good transportational connection with Venice, just 15- 20 min of tram ride. I would definitely come back again.

The host Alberto was really nice and answered all our questions. He gave us directions to the nearest restaurants, shops and transportation. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything one needs from private accommodation. The location is perfect for exploring Venezia. We came by train from Milano and from Mestre Centrale took bus number 2 to the location. On the next day when we went to Venezia, we took direct tram T1 and we were there in no time (20-30 min). The apartment was excellent value for money and if we decide to come again, I will definitely book it. Thank you, Alberto for the excellent service!
