There was a nice book reading area next to the reception for the kids. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

Meets expectations - easy access if you travel by car, very clean, friendly reception staff, although furniture may seem dated it is very well maintained; very good sound proofing, good temperature in the rooms, good mattress

The breakfast was good for 15 euro per adult, the room was difficult to move for 3 persons, very good clean less, good wifi. You can find a free parking in the hotel. The free gym.

The staff was courteous and attended to the enquiries and requirements. The rooms and washrooms were clean. Locationwise also , it is well connected to venezia Mestre train station and Venice through Buses. Terraglio teano bus stop is at a walking distance.

They upgraded us and it was a great gesture. The room was spacious and had a stunning view. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

Staff on reception were amazing! I travelled alone as unfortunately my aunt was in hospital. They were constant support to me, helping me get taxis, printing documents, even looking up local bus numbers. Martza and Micele (hope I spelt that right) were excellent

We loved the location, close to the airport, 10 kms to Venice. Also close to a mall where you can have lunch or do some shopping. The outdoor pool was great for the kids and we enjoyed a dip to cool off in the hot temperature. We loved the restaurant downstairs. We took the option with breakfast which was very good. We went as a family with 2 kids and they found something to eat each day as did we. The cappuccino and fresh baked croissants were incredible.

Staff was very cordial specifically English speaking. I had very good interaction with young guy , I do not know the name at reception on 25th & 26th night who booked taxi for on 26th and guided me for Venus tour . My special thanks
