First and foremost, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Luca. Check in as well as check out was done easily. My mom and I spent a beautiful and restful night. The hotel room was spacious and very neat.

The room was very spacious and light. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. It is very close to the bus station to Venice which is very convenient. Definitely would recommend!

Great breakfast. We loved it, croissant, fried eggs, bacon, fresh juices, coffee... The staff was kind.

Very modern, great breakfast, very helpful staff. Parking is tiny literally 8 ish cars. 3 Tesla destination chargers unfortunately occupied by ICE cars. Opposite parking free of charge on Sundays

Gore was great, you can buy bus tickets to Venice at the front desk and we had 2 free drinks at the bar complimentary of the hotel

Everything was great, staff is very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, bus stop to Venice is just by the hotel and the ticket we bought in the reception. Our room was clean, bigger than expected.

Great location-2 min walk from the bus stop to Venice and the train station, 2 min walk from a nice pizza-pasta restaurant, big room, big bathroom, very clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, very good cappuccino, nice staff, luggage storage, good wifi in the lobby

The hotel is nice and modern,has a patio on the back. Rooms are not big,but you have everything you need and there is enough space not to feel crowded,beds are comfortable.

Breakfast was included. It was not perfect but it was enough. It was close to Mestre City center. There were restaurants nearby. It was easy to go there from train station by bus.
