It changes city tax euro 36 where as in other cities like verona or Bergamo it charges only Euro 6. I do not know why it is much higher than other cities. I paid cash to the apartment owner

Proportionaly with the money. I think it’s a great choice if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time at the property. The facilities were ok, it was clean and close to the bus station. Satisfied overall

It was one room apartment with own bathroom. 15 min walking from train station that you can go to Venice or anywhere.

Le Maschere is a short walk away from the train station and literally around the corner from the bus station that takes you directly to Venice. The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was cleaned every single day. We were provided with some drinks and food in the fridge, as well as coffee and tea. The kitchen is shared with other rooms, however, we didn’t mind it. The room was well equipped and it met all our needs for a 4-day stay - we usually only spent the mornings and the evenings in the room. The only thing one should be prepared for is that as it was quite cold outside at the time of our visit, the room was also cold. There were no blankets ready for us on the beds but we found some in the wardrobe, so we used those. Also, if you’re looking for a quiet place, beware that there’s a restaurant right below the apartment which is open until midnight every day. We didn’t mind the lively people, but someone might find it disturbing.
